Denise is a dedicated and compassion leader with a heart for service and over two decades of hands-on experience in outreach and recovery work. As Director of the It's Time...From Struggles 2 Strength Reentry Program, she brings a powerful blend of lived experience, professional expertise, and spiritual guidance to her role, certificate in Peer Recovery Specialist Training (DBHDS)
Denise has served as the Overseer of Human Service Ministry since 2019, providing critical support to individuals and families navigating life's toughest challenges. She has also faithfully served as the Assistant Overseer of the Kingdom Overcomers Substance Abuse Ministry since 2008, helping individuals overcome addiction through faith-based recovery and practical support.
Since 2010, Denise has volunteered in city jails, women's correctional centers, and state prisons, offering hope and healing to incarcerated women through mentorship, prayer, and recovery programs. Her commitment to community transformation spans more than 20 years with active involvement in numerous outreach initiatives that uplift underserved neighborhoods.
Denise's leadership is rooted in compassion, spiritual insight, and an unshakable belief in every woman's ability to rise above her pat and walk boldly into a future filled with purpose.

It's Time... provides various services including counseling, job training, life skills development, entrepreneur training, and community integration.
